Kristina & George’s Lytham Wedding Highlights

As a photographer, capturing Kristina and George’s wedding was a truly memorable experience. The day began with a touch of vintage charm as Kristina arrived in a beautiful Rolls Royce, supplied by Classic Wedding Cars of Southport. Her exquisite dress, from Lotties Bridal Boutique of Lytham, added a timeless elegance to the occasion and made every shot a dream to capture.

After the ceremony, we moved to the lush lawns just outside the registry office for some initial photos. The natural light was perfect, casting a beautiful glow on the newlyweds and their guests. Next, we headed to Ashton Gardens for more group pictures on the iconic steps. The setting was perfect for capturing the couple surrounded by their loved ones, all beaming with happiness. While the guests made their way to The Fairhaven pub for the reception, Kristina and George stayed back for a more personal portrait session. We spent time in the gardens, taking advantage of the beautiful flower beds and a stunning water fountain as backdrops. Their love and connection shone through in every frame, making my job incredibly easy. Our final stop for portraits was Lytham Green, where the iconic windmill and Rolls Royce added a picturesque touch to their wedding photographs.

The story of how George and Kristina met is as charming as their wedding day. They met at the care home where Kristina works, while George was visiting his father. Their relationship blossomed, leading to a unique proposal where Kristina popped the question during a leap year with a lucky scratch card. The reception at The Fairhaven pub was a lovely affair. More guests joined for a delicious buffet, a heartfelt speech by George, and the traditional cake cutting. The atmosphere was filled with laughter and celebration, allowing for some more group pictures to round off the afternoon. Being a part of Kristina and George’s wedding was truly an honour, and capturing their love story was a privilege. Good luck to the newly weds as they start their married journey.
